5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of festival and devotional products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

  • Approved replacements will be processed after verification.

6. Damaged Products

  • If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and inform us immediately.

  • Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.
